Those of us that are from a Western country or one of the 28 countries that make up NATO tend to view NATO as a good thing. We feel that NATO has the authority and moral responsibility to stop atrocities around the globe. Serbians DO NOT SEE IT THAT WAY!! NATO was responsible for the bombardment of Serbia from March 24th, 1999 to June 10, 1999. For your own safety … keep your I LOVE NATO shirt buried deep down in your suitcase!

Proud to bring my NATO bag with me. Of course we see NATO that way since we don’t think rationally!Yes, they did what they did, but we need to look forward! When thinking of NATO, we use HEART instead of MIND, that’s the problem with a huge majority 😉

I strongly disagree with Lazar. It is not just a fling of the day, the bombing. It’s not like someone spilt a drink over your new shirt and now you are angry about it. It’s the politics that is going on for two decades now. And yes, I think we are totally rational about it and that we should stay away from it as much as possible. Btw, our sentiment over NATO-member states is not the same in every single case. Greece is in NATO but wasn’t involved in the campaign and it would be a huge lie to say Serbs hates Greeks. They don’t. On the contrary … Norway or Iceland didn’t bomb Serbia either. It is a lie to say we have a negative stance towards all these countries’ policies … Only towards some. In this regard, your tip is important to leave the people out of trouble when it comes to politics …

“Proud to bring my NATO bag with me”??? What? Excuse me,if you like it that much go and live outside of Serbia, I am not usually this strong in my views,but please,please,learn to love yourself and your land and then someone else.
First of all,Serbia gave her youth,and lives of the millions,to prove to the UK and USA,that she is their true friend in WW1 and WW2,and in return what we got?
We were beaten and betrayed by our recent friends,with their help,Albanians took a part of our country.
I will never forget victims of those bombs,civilians,children,older ones…
As a true Serb,i will never hate any nation,but i will never forget.
So sorry if some of my words were too strong and bitter.
