USA won the “space race”… thanks to Yugoslavia?

10 Jan

WOW!! What an interesting bit of information!!! One of my Facebook friends just made me aware of this interesting documentary.

During the COLD WAR … the USA and USSR were fighting it with little knowledge that Yugoslavia was the 3rd player in the race! Tito had a conflict with Josif Stalin in 1948 and started the largest  secret, underground space program in Europe. In 1960 the CIA found out that Yugoslavia ALREADY had operational space technology!  US president Kennedy purchased the secret space program from Yugoslavia in March of 1961…. two months later…. Kennedy announced the USA would be going to the moon!!!!!! Many of the Apollo and Saturn modules were made in Yugoslavia. After the purchase of the space program…… Yugoslavia had an economic boom after adding $2.5 billion dollars to their bank account. Watch the interesting trailer at!

Nikola Tesla and the Yugoslav space program have helped the US in many ways!!! Just another tidbit of info and proof that Serbia should be our friend again….. not our enemy!!!  VOLIM SRBIJU!!!

The time of Great Yugoslavia… One of the greatest countries of that time in the world, when Tito was our leader. Tito had iron hand which hold us all together… when he died, all fall apart and most of world forgot about us.

You know how I like to say: “In communism one steal, in capitalism they all steal.”

You are doing a great job Charles.

Ok, people, don’t you notice that this “documentary” is just a joke? As a Serbian aerospace engineer I can assure you that there was never a Yugoslavian space program. Also, Herman Potocnik (who was a visionary and a man who inspired Germans to start what they started, Werhner von Braun etc.), who is mentioned as the main guy in all of that died in 1929. Mentioned “Object 505 is “only” the Zeljava underground sheltered airport (made for protection against nuclear attack), not any kind of super-secret object. However I wanted for this to be true, it is just a joke and proved to be an extremely good trolling joke too. xD
